'Hologram' at Coachella 2012
I believe we talked about holograms in the beginning of class and I thought this was too cool. It was like seeing a ghost. According to this article in the Wall Street Journal Rapper's De-Light: Tupac's 'Hologram' May Go on Tour http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702304818404577348243109842490.html it is not technically a hologram but a 2-D image. Either way, I found it impressive. You can watch the actual performance on Pitchfork.com, I was going to imbed the video but decided against it due to extremely explicit language. Tupac's performance begins around 16:37. My friends and I used to attend the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival every year and every year there was a surprise of some sort but nothing like this. I can't imagine what the crowd was thinking!!!
